Summary

To provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, contributing to the multidisciplinary team for the haemato-oncology unit. To support the wider Pharmacy Clinical Services team with the Clinical Governance and Risk Management Strategy within the department and throughout the Trust. To work flexibly across the day unit, outpatient department, ambulatory unit and clinic areas as required to clinical check the appropriateness of prescribing and promoting medicines optimisation. To initiate a transplant training passport and to work towards or maintain competence to clinically support the transplant programme within the Trust, in line with JACIE standards.
