Summary
We are recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician/Mechanic to join an expanding company in Telford. The role offers a mix of workshop-based duties and mobile work, providing plenty of variety day to day.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Conducting thorough vehicle inspections
• Completing defect repairs
• Carrying out general servicing
• Responding to reactive maintenance needs
• Performing fault‑finding and diagnostic work
• Managing PMI schedules
• Preparing vehicles for MOT
• Presenting vehicles for MOT
• Updating and maintaining all required databases and records
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm
Weekend availability (alternate weekends)
Rate of pay:
£17.50+ DOE
Driving licence/HGV licence preferred, but not essential
