Summary
Description
I am a 19 year old man living in the Pontardawe area. I have a huge interest in online gaming and would like to become a successful live streamer. I previously used to train with the Ospreys for wheelchair rugby. I am looking for a PA to support me to go swimming (including changing), going for food and to access the community so I can meet people of a similar age. The PA will also be required to push my wheelchair, support with transfers and drive my mobility car.

* Support with pushing my wheelchair if needed
* Support me to go swimming and with changing
* Support me to go out for food and to access the community
* Provide reassurance and ensure my safety when we are out
* Driving my mobility car (Automatic)

8.5 hours per week to be worked as:
2 x 4hr 15 min sessions (this can be flexible).
Days and times are flexible and to be mutually agreed at interview.

Wages will be paid on a 4 weekly or monthly basis once a valid National Insurance (NI) number has been provided. You must be eligible to work in the UK and your employer will conduct document checks prior to commencement.
You will receive the appropriate annual leave entitlement as well as all other statutory entitlements, details of which will be set out in your contract of employment. You will also be issued with a Personal Assistants Handbook when your employment commences.
You will be expected to undertake any mandatory training identified as relevant to this post. The cost of mandatory training will be met through the direct payment. Failure to attend mandatory training may result in your employment offer being withdrawn.
