Location: Baildon / Shipley Area
Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour
Job Type: Ongoing, full-time with potential for permanent placement
Major Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading international automotive business with a large, modern facility in the Baildon/Shipley area. We're currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver (Counterbalance or Pivot Steer) to join their hardworking, supportive team.
Your Role as an FLT Driver:
Operate a Counterbalance or Pivot Steer FLT (depending on department)
Load and unload containers safely and efficiently
Pick and store stock accurately within the warehouse
Perform manual handling of heavy items as required
Follow manufacturing and warehouse processes
Comply with all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Valid FLT license (Counterbalance or Pivot Steer)
Proven experience operating a forklift in a factory or warehouse setting
Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
Strong time management and communication skills
A proactive, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):
Week 1:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 11:00am
Week 2:
Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Friday: 11:00am – 4:00pm
