Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7
DP World is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at our Stanford-le-Hope site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior chef with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, develop, and deliver innovative menus while maintaining consistently high standards of cooking and presentation
Ensure food quality, consistency, and compliance are delivered at all times
Lead, manage, and inspire a kitchen team to perform at their best
Drive client participation, facilitate client meetings, tastings, and showcases
Manage costs, grow sales, and deliver GP in line with budget expectations
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Proven experience as a Head Chef or above
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Commercially focused with experience in driving sales and GP
Confident, professional, and a natural people person
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Full driving licence required
Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum
Stable working pattern (5 days out of 7)
