What You'll Be Doing:
• Driving the school SEND vision, policy, and whole-school strategy
• Leading EHCP reviews, statutory processes, and targeted interventions
• Mentoring and empowering teachers/assistants with up-to-the-minute SEND practice
• Diagnosing learning needs, deploying specialist assessments, co-ordinating external agencies
• Analysing pupil achievement data to close gaps and celebrate progress
• Building a culture of relentless high expectations for SEND learners

Ideal "SENDCO" for this Lambeth School:
• UK-trained SENDCO or ambitious QTS teacher, NASENCo preferred (or commitment to achieve)
• Proven classroom excellence with demonstrable SEND leadership experience
