What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering small group and 1:1 academic mentoring in Humanities subjects
• Supporting classroom teachers with planning, resources, and targeted intervention
• Shaping tailored learning for students at varied attainment levels
• Monitoring and boosting pupils’ progress across History, Geography, and RE
• Assisting with enrichment clubs, subject workshops, and innovative projects
