What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a part time Facilities Manager to support the existing post holder. The role involves managing refurbishment or repair projects and compliance issues across our 9 school sites in Croydon, South London. More days may be available in the future.
Applicants must be locally based in South London, be able to drive and have their own vehicle. There is a daily requirement to work at any of our school sites as required. This is a managerial role that involves working closely with caretakers and contractors and will require an excellent standard of spoken and written English with particular knowledge of the technical descriptors and terms used in the building industry. Applicants should be comfortable with e-mail, the use of 'Word' and 'Excel' and should meet the requirments of the Person Specification.
