What will you do?
• Deliver the curriculum as relevant to the age and ability group/subject/s that you teach
• Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behavior, and promote student well-being.
• Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
What are we looking for?
• QTS Qualified
• Qualified to Batchelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject
• Able to self-start, work independently and collaboratively as part of a team- whether led or leading
• Clear vision and understanding of how to implement and sustain a high-quality teaching and learning
• Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
