SIA Event Security Operatives (Door Supervisor Licence Required)

Fitzsimmons Security (NW) Limited is a professional security services provider delivering high-quality personnel to major events and festivals across the United Kingdom.
We are seeking SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licensed Event Security Operatives to support nationwide deployments throughout 2026.
We recruit individuals who demonstrate professionalism, discipline, integrity, and operational awareness, and who are capable of representing our organisation and our clients to the highest standard.
● Key Responsibilities ●
* Provide professional security services at large-scale events and festivals
* Maintain a visible, reassuring security presence
* Engage with members of the public in a calm and professional manner
* Enforce venue regulations and event policies
* Respond appropriately to incidents in accordance with site instructions and company procedures
* Work effectively within a structured command and control environment
Essential Requirements
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) Licence (mandatory)
* Spoken English, both verbal and written is essential
* Professional appearance and conduct at all times
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow instructions, policies, and operational protocols
* Reliable, punctual, and capable of working long hours when required
● Remuneration & Benefits ●
* Hourly rate: £14.00 – £18.00, depending on assignment and role
* Nationwide event coverage with ongoing opportunities
* Professional management and operational support
● Payment Terms ●
* Payments are processed 14–30 days following completion of each event or festival. Earlier payment may be available on selected assignments.
● Vetting & Compliance ●
* All applicants must successfully complete a BS7858-compliant screening and vetting process prior to deployment.
