Summary
Your new role
My client is looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment consultant to join their team and play a key role in sourcing and engaging top talent. This is a high-volume resourcing position where you will be building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Source and attract skilled engineers through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct approaches.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future engineering roles.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role specifications and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the process, maintaining a positive experience.
- Track and report on sourcing activity and pipeline progress
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in resourcing or recruitment, ideally within engineering or technical sectors.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive search techniques.
- Ability to manage a high-volume of calls
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technology.
