What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with active NMC PIN
- Proven experience in a nursing home, elderly care, or similar setting
- Confidence making autonomous clinical decisions
- Strong understanding of medication management and care planning
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care to residents during day shifts
- Assess residents’ health and respond to changes appropriately
- Administer medications in line with policies and best practice
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Lead and guide care staff to ensure consistent standards
- Liaise with families and healthcare professionals as needed
