Role: Housing Support Officer

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (fixed hours)
Working Pattern: No weekends | No overnight stays

Our client, a charitable supported housing provider in Eastbourne, is seeking an experienced Housing Support Officer to join their established team.

The role involves providing person-centred support to vulnerable adults, helping them progress towards greater independence in a safe and structured supported housing environment. You will be part of an established and supportive team delivering high-quality housing support.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 1/2 years' experience working with adults in supported housing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Calm, resilient, and professional approach
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Experience maintaining professional boundaries
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
Living within a short driving distance of Eastbourne
Right to work in the UK

Desirable

Knowledge of INFORM
Experience supporting vulnerable or complex needs
