Class 1 HGV Driver - Galvanised Steel (Flatbed)
A leading expert in galvanising steel is currently seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver for a long-term, ongoing position.
Role Details- Vehicle: Class 1 with flatbed trailer
- Start Time: 6:00am
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Duties: Nationwide deliveries of galvanised steel
- Employment Type: Long-term / ongoing work
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Have experience securing steel loads using ratchet straps
- Good knowledge of load safety and securing regulations
- Ability to complete a driving assessment and site induction
- £16.50 - £20.00 per hour
- Higher rate available when paid through an approved umbrella company
- Consistent Monday-Friday work
- No weekend shifts
- Long-term stability with a well-established company
