Summary
Raw Materials Operator - Bury
We are looking for a dedicated Raw Materials Operator to join our site in Bury. This is a key role responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of raw materials, ensuring all processes meet strict site and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control and monitor all raw material movements through accurate planning and documentation
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and stock accuracy at all times
- Safely load and unload materials
- Accurately weigh raw materials in line with BOMs ⚖️
- Carry out dispensary cleaning in accordance with SOPs to prevent cross-contamination
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and standards
About You:
- Previous experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment preferred ️
- Experience with raw materials, warehouse operations, or stock control
- Valid Reach Truck licence required
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, self-motivated attitude
- Able to follow strict procedures while maintaining high standards ✅
- Confident in suggesting and supporting process improvements
