Summary
Lead and deliver strategic transformation programmes across clinical, operational, and corporate services to improve patient outcomes, efficiency, and sustainability. Act as a key driver of change, ensuring alignment with QEHs strategic objectives and the wider hospital group vision. Provide expert guidance and leadership on complex projects, including service relocations, urgent care development, pathway redesign, and digital innovation. Support integration work across the hospital group, harmonising processes and pathways as part of the move towards a single board structure. Ensure robust governance, risk management, and benefits realisation for all transformation initiatives. Build strong relationships with clinicians, operational leaders, and external stakeholders to co-design and implement change.
