About the role We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist Assistant to support our physiotherapy team in delivering high-quality rehabilitation and exercise-based care. You will work under the supervision of qualified Physiotherapists, supporting treatment programmes, assisting patients with exercises and functional activities, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming clinical environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience within physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Key responsibilities Support Physiotherapists in delivering delegated treatment programmes Assist patients with exercises, mobility, and functional rehabilitation activities Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment Observe, report, and feedback patient progress or concerns to supervising clinicians Maintain accurate documentation as required Uphold infection control, health & safety, and safeguarding standards About you Friendly, caring, and professional in your approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to follow instructions and work effectively within a clinical team Reliable, organised, and patient-focused Desirable: Previous experience in a healthcare, fitness, or rehabilitation setting NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience What we offer Salary of £24,300 per annum (Band 3 equivalent) Workplace pension scheme Generous annual leave entitlement Supportive supervision and opportunities to develop skills within Physiotherapy services Additional information This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
