Job Advert

The Inbound Customer Service Sales Executive is responsible for inbound sales serving the heating oil market from existing and new
customers, and will ensure all key questions are asked to establish customer requirements, details are recorded accurately and
in-line with company expectations. As service is critical to our business, this individual will understand our customers are at
the heart of what we do via the best possible customer experience.

Key Accountabilities

* Responsible for answering calls(target 60-100per day)with confident negotiation skills
* Responsible for ensuring all data is recorded accurately in the CRM, by asking the correct questions set at company level
* Focus on activity levels, conversion rates as well as the quality of service on the phones to the customers
* Recording any sales via our digital channels into our CRM
* Responding to emails in a timely manner
* Dealing with customer queries by liaising with the relevant department, ensuring the query is resolved.
