  KPI Recruiting are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator / General Operative to join a well-established, award-winning manufacturing business based in Bolton.

  The Role

  This is a hands-on industrial role within a manufacturing environment. Duties will include:

  • Assembling domestic electrical units, control panels, and wiring harnesses

    
    

  • Cutting cable to required lengths and specifications

    
    

  • Using manual hand tools and small mechanical tools

    
    

  • Working with small components, requiring good attention to detail

    
    

  • Quality checking finished products

    
    

  • Operating machinery to complete production tasks

    
    

  • Monitoring equipment and reporting any faults or issues

    
    

  • Carrying out routine inspections

    
    Requirements

    • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not essential

      
      

    • Good attention to detail

      
      

    • Confident using hand tools and machinery

      
      

    • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

      
      Pay & Benefits
