The Role – Residential Care Home Manager (Fareham)
As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational, regulatory, and quality performance of the home. You will lead a settled team, maintain high standards of care, and ensure continued Good CQC compliance.
This is not a turnaround role — the home is already performing well and needs a manager who can maintain standards, support staff, and continue positive momentum.
Key Responsibilities
Overall management of the residential care home
Act as CQC Registered Manager
Maintain and enhance CQC compliance and safeguarding standards
Lead, support, and develop an established care team
Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred residential care
Oversee staffing, rotas, recruitment, and performance
Manage budgets, occupancy, and KPIs
Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Ensure ongoing inspection readiness and quality assurance
About You – Essential Requirements
Proven experience as a Residential Care Home Manager / Care Home Manager
Strong CQC track record, ideally with Good or Outstanding inspection outcomes
Solid knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and residential care standards
Confident, supportive leader with excellent people-management skills
Organised, approachable, and quality-focused
Passionate about delivering high-quality care in a positive environment
Right to work in the UK
