    About You – Essential Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Residential Care Home Manager / Care Home Manager

      
      

    • Strong CQC track record, ideally with Good or Outstanding inspections

      
      

    • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and residential care standards

      
      

    • Confident, supportive, and visible leader

      
      

    • Excellent people management and organisational skills

      
      

    • Passionate about delivering high-quality residential care
