Summary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 Low Loader Driver to join our client's team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role involves transporting plant and temporary roadway systems to sites across the UK, supporting a range of sectors including construction, events, power transmission and film.
Key Responsibilities
- Moving plant and temporary roadway products across the UK
- Operating within drivers' hours regulations
- Occasional nights out and weekend work as required
- Accurate record keeping
- Maintaining the tractor unit and trailer to a clean and professional standard
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an HGV Class 1 driver
- Proven low loader experience
- Clean driving licence
- Driver CPC
- A50 Loading & Securing ticket
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards
