Summary
Search Recruitment Group are currently looking for entry level Recruiters to join our Newcastle office, working specifically within our Construction Division.
This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious, driven individuals who are motivated by success, progression, and earning potential. While previous sales or recruitment experience is advantageous, it is not essential. We have a strong track record of developing high-performing consultants from a variety of backgrounds, including those with no prior recruitment experience.

The role will involve building relationships with clients and candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and developing a strong understanding of the construction market. It is 100% a sales role, You'll be selling Candidates or Search's service to Clients and Opportunities to candidates. You'll be supported throughout, with ongoing coaching to help you succeed and progress.
