Summary
Search are working with their client in the Aberdeen area who are looking for dedicated, hard working individuals to assist them for a long term assignment.
Job title: Fish Filliter
Location: Aberdeen
Shifts / Timings: Full-time - 35 to 40hrsp/w, 4AM START TIME
Pay: £13p/h (£14.57 inc holidays)
Job Role:
- Cut and portion fish (mainly haddock)
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency on the production line
- Inspect fish for quality and report any issues
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
- Work closely with your team to meet daily targets
Requirements:
- Experience in block or single filleting is ESSENTIAL
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with sharp tools
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Able and/or willing to get to site for 4am
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team setting
