Behind every exceptional luxury experience is robust financial control and accuracy. We are seeking a Finance Assistant to support the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring precise reporting, compliance and collaboration across our departments.
The Person:
- Detail-driven with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability
- Organised, methodical and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
- Proactive, professional and eager to learn
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Support the hotel’s financial integrity and compliance standards
- Ensure accurate processing of revenue, invoices and transactions
- Act as a key finance link between hotel operations and regional finance
- Contribute to timely month-end close and reporting
- Provide financial support to hotel leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily revenue, banking and financial reports
- Process purchase invoices and resolve supplier queries
- Support stock counts, inventory accuracy and cost control
- Prepare journals and reports to support month-end close
- Ensure adherence to financial controls, procedures and policies.
