About the Job
Relationships mean everything to us, and this one is particularly special. You’ll have an important part to play overseeing
application development for specific Clients or Instances. You will work closely with the Head of Blue Yonder to define the
overall BY Dispatcher strategy and roadmap, including activities such as upgrades, innovation, and process improvements.

As a Blue Yonder Technical Lead you will work alongside project delivery and other technical stakeholders to guide the application
roadmap and maintain alignment to WMS strategy, and overseeing design and development of all changes being completed by their
teams whilst ensuring that the coding standards and best practices are being followed.
As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical
specifications.
* Design application architecture and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
* Allocate development work within the team based on skill set and ensure coding standards and best practices are being
followed.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical resources from other functions,
testers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project execution.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and design
principles.
* Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
* Design and oversee the integration of Blue Yonder's applications with external systems and third-party software.
* Inform integration strategies, protocols, and data exchange mechanisms to ensure seamless interoperability.
* Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Blue Yonder's platform, including supply chain management and retail planning
applications.
* Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and system
documentation.
About You

* Excellent Communication skills including effective listening and written communication skills
* Proactive attitude towards researching and implementing innovative solutions
* Essential - Linux Operating System
* Essential - Cloud Console Management such as AWS or Azure
* Essential - Advanced PL/SQL Knowledge
* Essential - Oracle Database Performance Troubleshooting
* A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure and on their own initiative
* Experience in leading / supporting IT Infrastructure, warehousing setup and supplier managements
* Experience in software development, with a focus on application architecture and design
* Experience in architecting and implementing solutions using Blue Yonder's suite of products is highly desirable
* Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development methodologies
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
* Experience of leading / delivering large projects
