James enjoys:

• Travelling on buses or trains
• Learning about politics and history
• Visiting bookshops

The Role
The role focuses on social and community support, helping James to:
• Access new experiences
• Build confidence and independence
• Integrate more comfortably into the community
• Develop and maintain life skills with gentle prompting

Support will be provided in a relaxed, encouraging way, following James’s interests and pace.

Hours & Schedule
• 4.5 hours per week

• £12.60 per hour

About You

• Patient, understanding and calm
• Positive, encouraging and motivating
• Reliable and committed to providing consistent support
• Responsive to James’ physical and emotional needs

It would be ideal if you:
• Enjoy cycling, swimming and going to the sauna
• Have experience supporting someone with Autism and/or ADHD, however, this is not essential to the role
• Can gently prompt and encourage independence without being overbearing

What’s On Offer
• A rewarding role making a genuine difference
