A, CEIAG Programme Coordinator;
• Coordinate the CEIAG Programme for Years 7-11.
• Prepare and deliver year-group sessions on careers pathways, options and employability skills.
• Lead Careers Week, Careers Fairs and related events.
• Ensure providers of vocational/apprenticeship routes have appropriate access to students.
• Maintain up-to-date careers resources and content for the academy website.

B, Employer Engagement & Enterprise;
• Build and sustain relationships with employers.
• Coordinate employer encounters such as visits, talks mock interviews and enterprise activities.
• Work with Enterprise Advisors to strengthen external links.

C, Work Experience (KS4);
• Lead and administer Year 10 Work Experience, including placement matching, employer liaison, documentation and risk-assessment checks.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents and employers during placements.

D, FE, Apprenticeship & University Links;
• Liaise with colleges, sixth form, apprenticeship providers and universities.
• Organise post-16 guidance events, aspirational trips and options support.
• Support Year 9 and Year 11 transition process.

E, Data & Destinations;
• Maintain accurate CEIAG data including encounters, guidance interactions and destination tracking.
• Assist with NEET analysis and reports for leaders and governors.
• Use online platforms to track student engagement.

F, Guidance & Student Support;
• Provide small-group guidance in employability, CV’s applications and interview skills.
• Support delivery of Level 6 guidance through specialist partners.


G, General Duties;
• Attend key evening events (open evenings, options evenings, GCSE results days).
• Maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
• Participate in staff training, CPD and safeguarding updates.
• Undertake reasonable tasks as directed by the Headteacher.

The post holder is expected to:
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection legislation and associated Trust policies at all times.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of, and commitment to, safeguarding and child protection, maintaining an awareness of relevant procedures and responsibilities.
• Comply with the Trust’s Health and Safety Policy and ensure safe working practices in the performance of all duties.
• Uphold and promote the principles of the Trust’s Equal Opportunities Policy in all aspects of the role.
• Adhere to all other relevant Trust and school policies and procedures.
• Undertake any training and professional development necessary to effectively carry out the duties of the post.
