Summary
Job Summary: The Childrens Outreach Specialist Nurse is a senior clinical leader within Helen & Douglas House, providing expert palliative nursing care, clinical leadership and system-wide liaison across hospice, hospital and community settings. The post holder will lead on complex symptom management, care coordination and professional education, supporting children and families throughout the palliative care pathway, while contributing to service development, quality improvement and integrated working across the region.
