Summary
Provide general non-clinical assistance during clinics, including managing patient flow, organising equipment, and helping with operational tasks. Support infection control processes, including cleaning surfaces, maintaining stock, and adhering to service procedures. Assist with lifting, carrying, and moving equipment in compliance with manual handling guidance. Maintain positive working relationships with outreach centre staff, homelessness organisations, and other partner agencies. Represent Community Dentistry professionally and respectfully at all service locations. Support patients who may have complex social or health needs by providing a calm, welcoming, and non-judgmental approach.
