Summary
Wellness Coach (Polish Speaking) - Slough Salary: £26,375 – £27,000 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Location: Slough We’re looking for a motivated Wellness Coach to deliver integrated health and wellbeing services across Slough, supporting individuals to make positive and lasting lifestyle changes. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging health and wellbeing sessions (in-person) Complete health checks, assessments, and referrals Support programmes including weight management, falls prevention, and smoking cessation Work with GP practices, community groups, and local partners Operate our mobile health clinic (manual driving licence required) Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends About you NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in health, science, or social science Experience delivering health or wellbeing programmes Strong communication and motivational skills Confident using IT systems with good attention to detail We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion and encourage applications from under-represented communities, including disabled candidates.
