Summary
The post holder will be required to provide the full remit of midwifery care for IOL women/birthing people 1. Establish and maintain effective communication with individuals and groups about difficult or complex matters overcoming any problems/barriers in communication. Develop and maintain Midwifery knowledge and practice by attending and participating in continuing professional development and contribute to the development of others 3. Monitor and maintain health, safety and security of self and others in own work area 4. Contribute to the development of services 5. Contribute to quality improvement 6. Ensure own actions promote quality and alert other to quality issues. Support people's equality, diversity and rights 7. Assess peoples health and wellbeing needs when those needs are complex and change across the caseload 8. Plan, deliver and evaluate care pathways to address clients complex and changing health and wellbeing needs 9. Lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas and work practice 10. Plan, allocate, assess and provide feedback to team members 11. Maintain and support the efficient use of physical and /or financial resources
