We're offering a unique opportunity in Chesterfield office. Nationwide works will be part of your exciting journey, requiring occasional nights, weekends and travel to fulfil the dynamic needs of our business.
Main Objectives:
As a crucial member in the team, you will carry out site-based surveys, sampling of building materials and measurements of structural elements. Your role involves effective communication with team members and third parties. Responsibilities include obtaining accurate data and ensuring health and safety compliance on site. The role demands physical agility, from walking/climbing embankments to working within buildings or on motorways.
Key Accountabilities:
• Conduct opening up works of concrete and masonry elements using percussive drills.
• Works as 3rd man on Confined space works or boat works.
• Measure steel elements with precision.
• Diamond drilling of concrete/masonry/bituminous materials.
• Neat removal of bricks from walls and timber from floors.
• Adherence to the Company Health & Safety Policy.
• Team integration, maintaining strong harmony and morale.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Hardworking and reliable
• Self-motivated and able to show initiative
