Job Role: Talent Team Assistant, Full Time (Monday – Friday, 09.00am to 17.30pm)
Job Location: Remote Working
Salary: £23,500 per year
Benefits: Pension, 24 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays, remote working monthly bursary, bonus structure based on company performance, summer working hours on Friday during the months of July & August.
Key Responsibilities:
The Content Creator Talent Assistant will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with content creators and influencers in the beauty and lifestyle space. This role will involve strategizing and implementing campaigns that leverage creator partnerships to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with content creators, understanding their brand, audience, and content style. Act as the primary point of contact for your creators, ensuring clear communication and support.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with the brand marketing teams to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives. Ensure campaigns are engaging, authentic, and effective.
Performance Analysis: Provide performance insight to brands following campaign execution to enable brands to analyse the success of the collaboration
Budget Management: Negotiate costs for influencer partnerships and campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources while maximizing impact.
Industry Trends: Stay informed about trends in beauty and lifestyle, as well as changes in social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies. Adapt strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the market.
Calendar Management: Keep team calendars updated with talent activities, including holidays and events.
Coordination: Handle coordination of gifting and events between brands and talent. Conduct outreach to brands for new products, launches, and meetings..
Team Support: Provide team support during periods when other team members are on annual leave
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and experience working with content creators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and lifestyle trends.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proficiency in Google Docs
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficient with social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Docs.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
