Service Lead, Manager, Team Leader. Mental Health, Autism, Learning Disabilities. Thetford area in Norfolk, commutable from Bury St Edmonds, Norwich etc.
This is a great new opportunity for a passionate mental health professional to lead an innovative adults mental health service.
Have you experience of leading & motivating a team?
Do you have knowledge of mental healthcare, specifically including autism?
Can you build productive, long lasting relationships with a wide range of people, including clients, health professionals, families and other stakeholders?
Leadership tasks will include mentoring, guiding and motivating a passionate team, recruiting new staff members and working with other leaders across the organisation to share best practice and drive innovation.
The service provides support for adults with autism, providing a person-centred approach for individuals throughout pre-assessment, assessments and providing support, advice and resources to both the clients and their families.
You will be someone who is passionate about making a difference, and be able to inspire others to share your vision. As you lead the service you will ensure that there is an emphasis on continually looking for ways to innovate and improve, and opportunities to share best practice across the organisation.
