We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Hounslow. This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible, and is ideal for an experienced TA looking for a stable and rewarding role within a positive school environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide high-quality support across the school, including:
Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom
Delivering targeted interventions and small group support
Providing 1:1 support, including working with pupils with SEN
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
Supporting behaviour management in line with school policies
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff

Strong communication and teamwork skills
