About the Role
As a Minor Adaptations Officer, you’ll visit clients in their homes across Powys to assess, measure, and complete the fitting of small adaptations that improve safety and independence. These can include:

• Can interpret measurements, diagrams, and floor plans in a domestic home environment.
• Has excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable nature
• Is organised, clean and able to work unsupervised to busy schedules
• Can problem-solve and adapt to different situations
• Holds a valid, clean driving licence and is happy to travel daily across Powys
• Please note: this role is subject to a standard DBS check.
What We Offer
• 40 hours per week, full-time, permanent
• Annual salary of £28,453
• All tools, work/PPE clothing and a work van.
• Annual leave and flexi-time policy.
• Training opportunities to develop skills.
• A rewarding role with real impact in local communities.
• A supportive and friendly team – we have team building days, wellbeing lunches and we care about our colleagues.
