Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking a proven Senior Revit MEP Designer to join an established delivery team working on complex high end projects. The role is aimed at experienced designers capable of taking co-ordinated models through to full manufacturing output while working collaboratively within a structured team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce detailed Revit MEP models as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Lead and contribute to MEP coordination and clash resolution
• Develop models from coordination level through to manufacturing and fabrication drawings
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers and external consultants
• Support and guide less experienced team members when required
• Attend and contribute to technical coordination meetings
• Ensure all outputs are buildable, accurate and programme-aligned
Required Experience
• Demonstrable senior level experience using Revit for MEP services
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services
• Proven track record delivering co-ordinated construction and manufacturing drawings
• Comfortable working within a team and taking ownership of your scope
• Able to work independently without supervision once briefed
Commercial Terms:
£35-£45 per hour,dependent on experience and capability
Role Suitability:
This role suits senior designers operating at co-ordination and manufacturing level who are comfortable delivering fully coordinated models as part of a wider team and taking responsibility for information that progresses during to manufacture and site.
