Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking a capable Revit Technician with a strong mechanical bias to join our delivery team working on complex high end projects. The role focuses on developing co-ordinated models and producing accurate fabrication level drawings that progresses directly to manufacture and site.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce detailed mechanical Revit MEP models as part of a wider MEP and engineering team
• Develop fabrication and manufacturing drawings from coordinated models
• Support MEP coordination and clash resolution activities
• Work closely with mechanical engineers, senior designers and project teams
• Ensure drawings reflect buildability, access and installation requirements
• Maintain drawing quality, accuracy and consistency across deliverables
Required Experience
• Strong Revit experience with a mechanical services focus
• Proven experience producing fabrication or manufacturing drawings
• Good understanding of mechanical systems, pipework and supports
• Experience working with co-ordinated project teams
• Ability to work with engineers' and senior designers' inputs with minimal supervision
Commercial Terms:
£28-£38 per hour,dependent on fabrication experience and structural steel exposure
Role Suitability:
This role suits a mechanically biased technician who is comfortable working beyond basic modelling and is capable of delivering drawings that are used directly for fabrication and installation in a team environment.
