Location: Frimley Park Hospital – Ward F14, Medical Short Stay (22 beds)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Ward Clerk to join our team on Ward F14, a busy 22-bedded Medical Short Stay ward at Frimley Park Hospital.
This is a key frontline role for an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, and experience working with the public. You will provide high-quality reception and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the ward.
As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties. These include managing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges usingEPIC, liaising closely with clinical teams to resolve queries, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. You will also be responsible for ordering essential ward supplies viaEPROC, as well as supporting data collection for audits and research when required.

• To provide administration cover for the ward.
• Key tasks would be to process patients’ admissions, transfers, discharges on EPIC and liaise with ward staff to resolve any problems.
• Ensuring adequate stock levels of day-to-day supplies using EPROC.
• Assisting with data collection for audits and research as required.
