Summary
HRGO are recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator on behalf of our client in Chartham, near Canterbury. This is a temp-to-perm role with an immediate start available for the right candidate
Hours of work are 6:30am - 6:30pm, 5 shifts per week - please note this includes weekends. Due to the location, it is preferable to have your own transport. Hourly rate is £12.90ph.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production processes
- Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings as necessary
- Ensure machines are set correctly and running efficiently
- Work with team members to troubleshoot any issues
- Follow all health & safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous machine operating or production experience is essential
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed
