In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all QuickSTAT operational activities, making sure everything runs smoothly and in line with company policies. You’ll work closely with our Customer Service and Sales teams to deliver an excellent experience for our clients and ensure their needs are met. QuickSTAT operates 24/7, and this position follows a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 10:00 to 19:00.
How you create impact
- Work as part of the daily operations of the LHR Control Tower team.
- Managing daily email volumes in the Control Group inbox.
- Develop and implement customer focused operational policies and procedures
- Assist with complex and escalated Operational issues in accordance with the Operations Manager / Supervisor.
- Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information
- Co-ordinate customer service projects and initiatives
- To ensure Network / Vendor partner compliance to all agreed company policies, procedures and pricing structures
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in Customer Service
- Knowledge of freight forwarding is a plus
- Excellent understanding of World Geography and awareness of different time zones
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills and analytical ability
- Ability to take initiative
