Summary
About the role
You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by:
Delivering materials, tools, and plant equipment to our trade teams
Clearing completed jobs and assisting trades when needed (e.g., fencing, roofing, concrete work, plastering, garage doors)
Delivering and setting up dehumidifiers and Portaloo’s
Completing legionella flushing in empty homes ready to let
Keeping our on‑call store stocked
Responding to real‑time requests for urgent collections and deliveries throughout the day
No two days are the same, and you will be a vital support for both field and office teams.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a fast‑paced delivery or service role
Confident communicator with tenants, tradespeople and office teams
Comfortable using handheld IT for deliveries and job updates
Experience driving a 3.5‑tonne flatbed or tipper (Transit‑type)
Basic building/maintenance knowledge and safe manual handling awareness
A practical, can‑do attitude and strong teamwork skills
