What you’ll do:
Respond to queries at reception desk and incoming calls
Create paperwork for arrivals
Checking in and out
Deliver and maintain customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction
Process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality in order to comply with data protection and other security requirements
Maintain a high standard of a well kept reception/entry area to ensure visitors journey starts with a positive impression
Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times
What you bring:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
Available to work flexible pattern
Strong organisation and time management skills
Good customer service skills
