Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Exeter
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1pm–9pm (40 hours per week)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Type: Temp to Perm for the right candidate.
Overall Job Purpose:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our client’s manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate production machinery, handle materials, and ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Load and fill material into machine hoppers.
Check and record the quality of products.
Report and communicate any issues to your team at the end of your shift.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested.
Person Specification:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Physically fit and able to lift and move materials.
Methodical approach and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
