Role Overview
You will be responsible for the manufacture and packing of medical devices, working to a high-quality standard in line with customer specifications.
Salary & Hours
Salary: £28,805.74 per year
Shift Pattern:
6:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 10:00pm
Flexibility required to work nights: 10:00pm – 6:00am (when required)
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a proactive approach to health & safety, reporting any concerns
Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Work in line with Medical Device Standards (ISO 13485)
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) at all times
Complete batch and production documentation accurately in line with GDP
Meet hourly performance targets
Work as part of a team to minimise waste and improve efficiency
Support production plans to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery
Attend work on time and prepared for each shift
Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
GCSE level education (including English & Maths) or equivalent
Previous manufacturing experience (cleanroom or medical device experience is desirable)
Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately
Strong teamwork skills
Willingness to train across multiple processes
Flexible approach to working hours
