We are seeking a reliable and proactive Messenger to join our team at the Weybridge site.​

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and accurate delivery of messenger and support services across the site, including deliveries, reception cover, reprographics, and vehicle movements.​

You will play a key part in maintaining high service standards, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.​

This position requires flexibility to support various site operations and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily bottled milk and ambient vending consumable deliveries across the site (main site and ASUs).

Maintain accurate logs of building/kitchenette milk and vending deliveries for auditing and cost tracking.

Manage and record all movements of milk and ambient vending consumables.

Handle ad hoc milk and vending consumable collections and deliveries for clients.

Provide reception cover during breaks, lunches, and team absences.

Support reprographics requests during team absence.

Assist with messenger requests across the site as required.

Move ISS company vans to garages for repairs, MOTs, and servicing.

Comply with client and company rules, fire safety, and statutory regulations at all times.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Must hold UK Driving Licence (manual).

Time management & organisation – ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.

Communication – clear, professional interaction with clients, colleagues, and site users.

Teamwork – collaborative approach and willingness to cover team absences.

Flexibility & adaptability – readiness to take on varied duties and respond to changing priorities.

Attention to detail – accurate record-keeping and adherence to service requirements.
