Summary
Please refer to the attached Patient Specification and Job Description. Support the Lead Pharmacist for Medicine to manage the pharmacy clinical service across the Adult Medicine Division Providing professional leadership and support for other pharmacy services as needed. Liaising with nursing and medical staff, senior clinicians and managers to drive forward improvements within Adult Medicine Demonstrate a high level of commitment to and enthusiasm for research, audit and education in the clinical area. To act as a deputy for Team medicine when needed. To be a line manager to designated staff within the team. To be responsible for managing attendance and performance, and identifying staff training needs through individual performance development plans. To participate in the provision of the Pharmacy on-call emergency duty service (2nd on-call)
