Summary

Corporate Services Officer

Part-time (21 hours per week)

Duration: 6 months

Salary: EVH Grade 7 (pro rata)


An organisation within the social housing sector is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Officer to join its Corporate Services team for an anticipated duration of 6 months.

This varied role supports the effective day-to-day running of the organisation, providing corporate, administrative, IT, HR and facilities support while delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Office administration, facilities and contract coordination
  • HR and governance administration, including meetings and minute-taking
  • Internal and external communications, publications and website updates
  • Acting as main contact for IT and telephony providers
  • Health & safety administration and compliance support
  • Policy support, business continuity and ad-hoc corporate projects

About you:

  • Strong administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High levels of integrity and confidentiality
  • Confident IT user with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to the values of social housing or public service

Desirable: experience in social housing or a regulated sector, policy or governance support, IT or digital communications, or H&S administration.
