Summary
Careersync Ltd runs an online UK career transition programme that supports migrants, new arrivals and career switchers to prepare for professional roles in the UK job market.
We are recruiting Community Outreach Associates to help introduce the programme to people in their networks who may benefit. This is a flexible, self-employed opportunity for individuals who are active in community, student or professional groups and enjoy supporting others.
Responsibilities include sharing approved information about the programme, referring interested candidates for enrolment, and representing the programme accurately and positively.
This is a commission-based, self-employed role with flexible hours. Commission is paid per successful enrolment, with earnings typically ranging from £40–£70 per enrolment depending on referral volume. Higher rates are available as referrals increase.
